Response cards vs accessory cards

I am currently ordering my invitations online & they have accessory cards included while response cards are listed as optional / extra. Are the accessory cards the same as the respnse cards & they just have them listed seperately in case you want to order more???  HELP!

    Response cards generally also require an envelope.  Accessory cards are for things like directions and hotel blocks.
