RSVP envelope

Hey - need some help finishing my invitations  What should I put on the RSVP envelope.  I am planning on putting my parents address (bc my apartment mail service is terrible!)

Should I put:

Mr. dad's name
address

or
just the address with no name

or
Mr and Mrs. dad's name (this is how the invites read)
address

What did you guys do?

I would put Mr. and Mrs. if that's what's on the invite, but it's up to you.

I think traditionally, the mother of the bride handles responses. So I'd put either your mother's name or both parents' names. But definitely not just your dad.

I'm guessing her dad's wife is not her mom.  Step-mom.
