Wonderful that KNOT allows a guest list - how about . . .

Once we make our guest list, it would be great if we could import it into MS Word so as to create labels for the envelopes! Just a thought!! Or if possible, please let me know the EASY way to do this!

Don't use the knot guest list!  I can't tell you how many times people post about how their guest list was wiped out from this site.  There's no backup.

    Use excel instead.

It's also a big no-no to use labels on your invites. Do them by hand, hire a calligrapher or print them individually in a pretty font.

Don't use the guest list manager on here because it's awful, and don't make labels for your invitations. Formal correspondence should always be handwritten.

I haven't had any problems with the guest list manager on here (for over a year and a half) but I had a back up in MS Word just in case things went wrong (as they often do on TK).  I just copied and pasted all the addresses.

Put your guest list into excel then you can use Microsoft word to take the your list from excel to make labels.
