Menu Cards Questions

Does anyone know the proper etiquette for menu cards or have any opinions?  Should there be one at each seat vs. one per table?  We have big 72 inch rounds that seat up to 12 people.  Should I do one on each side of the table in a nice frame?

Re: Menu Cards Questions

  • Many people will do one at every other place setting. I may do 1-2 per table.

  • I'm doing one per two place settings, because I had enough cardstock for that without ordering more.  There's no real rule.

  • I did one per guest but there is no hard and fast rule. I have seen double sided tent card menus used so that guests on both sides of the table could see the menu, every other place setting and non at all ... I would do what you feel comfortable with.
