My fiance and I work for the same company and have a lot of the same friends/acquaintances...closer to the acquaintance side. We are trying to keep the guest list under 125, but he really wants them there...so he thinks we should invite them (like 30 people) to just come around 8 or 9 for drinks and dancing. I think it's weird. I mean, what do we put on the invite? You can come, but not til 9pm. ? Or do we just send them different invites for just the dance and cocktails? I don't know. I have no idea about etiquette and stuff, so PLEASE HELP!
