any ideas for fun modern wedding invite designers

Re: Looking for modern invite ideas

  • I guess it depends on how you define "modern." I found a lot of designs that I would consider "modern" on Vistaprint and WeddingPaperDivas. Otherwise, you could try hiring a graphic designer.

  • We have decided to do a slideshow with Windows Movie Maker with a bunch of photos of us, and the information for the wedding. We are having a destination wedding, so we only need to burn about 20 copies, so the cost will be minimal.

Look around on Etsy -- they have about a million designers who make invitations and they run the gamut on style and price.

Designers? No, if you want to meet with someone I would post on your local board (<--- to the left). It all depends how much you want to spend - you can go all out with wooden boxes and jewels, or DIY them.

Etsy.com has lots of sellers that will customize things for you. Google around and check out some wedding blogs/sites of the girls on here and see if anything peaks your interest.

Pocketfolds are really popular right now, www.cardsandpockets.com has different pieces and combinations if you are thinking of DIYin.
