I just started planning for real instead of just fantasizing, and I'm trying to figure out invitations.
We're planning a budget wedding, and I'd really like the invitations if not everything else to reflect a bit of our personalities and history.
For some background, we were both archaeology/anthropology undergrads and met at an archaeological field school. He now has his Masters in archaeology and I'm working on my Masters in Museum Studies. I'd really like some sort of clever/cute archaeology or anthropology themed invitation, but I'm having trouble coming up with ideas that aren't too corny.
Our ceremony and reception location is at a historic house, to contribute to the whole historic preservation theme.
Any help or ideas would be really appreciated, thanks so much!
