Ceremony/Reception

I have been looking all over for a ceremony/reception venue and a lot of places are already booked. One place I absolutely love is about an hour away. Is that too far away?

Are they both in the same spot an hour away from where you live? Or is the reception venue an hour away from the ceremony reception?

I think that's too far, if you mean that it's an hour away from where your ceremony will be held. If you mean they both will be there, and it's an hour away from where you live, then no, I don't.

Unless both ceremony and reception will be an hour away then yes its to far away

No I don't think so . My wedding and recep. was about 1 hr. or more away on a friday too and everyone made it. if it's where you really want it ....go for it.
