Hey girls,
I was wondering whether or not I should include the room rate for the block of rooms we have reserved on the accomodations card or not? We only reserved 1 room block at a Hilton for ($99/night) because not a lot of our guests would be needing the hotel accomodations. I do however feel like I should tell them what the rate is before hand so they can decide if they would like to stay there or if they'd like to make cheaper arrangements. What do you think?
