How to notify guest who's getting married

My dad is just now giving me his guest list, ugh ! Its way late to send his guest STD's but I will still send them due to the fact that most of the people on his list don't know me. Since this is the case I'm trying to think of wording for an insert to add in the STD's so that they know who's daughter is getting married. Any wording suggestions ?

I was thinking of something along the lines of
Please Save the Date for the wedding of Mr. Doe's daughter Ms. Bride.

Do you currently have a different last name than your dad?  Otherwise, I think I wouldn't say anything, and they'll figure out how they 'know' you by your name.  I can't imagine your father is inviting people that don't know him well enough to know he has a daughter.

Yeah, I couldn't imagine that either - blew my guest list away !!
Yes I have a different lastname than him. They are family members that I've either only met once, or that I've never met, majority of them are older as well.

Do you want these people to come?  If you don't really care, I would probably just wait and send them invitations when the time comes.

Its fine, my dad wants them to come and he's paying so its fine. plus they are family.
