Address of church on invitation?

I don't know how silly is, but when it comes to writing the church location on the invitation for the ceremony, I've seen sometimes the actual address included (ie: 123 Main Street), versus just the name of the church and the town. In a formal invitation, should the specific street dress be on the invitation or just the town? Thanks for anyone who knows!

I'm putting it on mine. I live in a large city.

The only "etiquette" rule I see (and it's not even really etiquette) is that you shouldn't put the ZIP on it. But address, street, city and state are fine.
