Side Entrance and reception card

The reception location we have has 3 banquet rooms and ours has its own private entrance for guests to use.  Should I include this on the reception card?  I was thinking of adding Use side entrance on the bottom.

[QUOTE]I think thats fine. If you're having programs I'd also include it at the bottom of the program as a reminder. Not everyone will bring the reception card with them for the address.

  • Yup, I would include it on the reception card and the program somewhere if you have them.
