My fiance and I purchased vera wang invitations but the matching rsvp card and reception card were out of our budget. Our consultant who helped us pick the invitations suggested we make the rsvp and reception card ourselves.
I love the way the rsvp card and reception card came out. I carved a stamp of the church where we will be married and will be hand stamping each rsvp card and then embossing it. So i'm really putting a lot of effort into these.
My concern is that the paper for the invitations is not exactly the same shade as the accessory cards I am making. It didn't bother me at first, and I'm still not terribly upset by it, but I am worried that people will say something about it and think it looks cheap. All of the paper is excellent quality, just a different shade. If you received an invitation like this, what would be your response?
Thanks!
