I could use some opinions. I was advised by a few friends who have gotten married to make sure to have a line that specifies how many people are coming. They said they got RSVP’s back that were addresses to a friend + guest and they wouldn’t specify if they were bringing a guest or not, meaning the bride had to call et.
The other issue is that we are providing transportation for our guests from the hotels but we would like to try and get an estimate of the number. We are right on the bubble of needing either 2 or 3 busses and its an extra $600 if we have to get a third (which I honestly don’t think we will need!) I have seen invites where the accommodations card said that there was transportation and then the reply cards had an RSVP space too. I know this might be weird (I thought it was originally) but then when I got into the planning I really think it will be helpful!
My issue is my reply cards are getting full….to include all this would be:
M_______________________________
____Will attend
___ Will not attend
____Number of guest attending (or something similar)
____Requires transportation
Any thoughts on what I should do? Is having that number of guest line really necessary? Thanks!
