Wedding Invitations & Paper

Pocketfold Invites

I really want to have pocketfold invites and DIY however I dont know where to start!! I think a pocketfold already made would be the best bet. Where's a good place to order from? I need a  tutorial!!

Re: Pocketfold Invites

  • A lot of girls around here order pre made pocketfolds from cardsandpockets.com. I used them and highly recommend them. I had no interest in making my own. I DIYed the other parts of my invitations-I have a lot of information in my bio
  • I worked at a stationer that used www.envelopments.com pocketfolds for invites. LOVED them - great selection of paper colors and textures, prices were reasonable, and the website has a done of idea for how to pick out your style.

I've never used cardsandpockets, but I've seen the name thrown around on the boards alot, so I'm sure they're also great, but I love Envelopments.
  • I also ordered my pockets from cardsandpockets.com - for whatever pocket you pick, they have the recommendations on the sizes of the invites/inserts to use with them.  Then I'd either design or have someone design invites for you to fit in them, which you can print yourself or have printed (I used catprint.com to have mine printed).

I did mine myself (more info in my bio), but I didn't have a desire to cut and fold the pockets myself.

  • I used pocket cards from LCIPaper, but they have many different pocketfolds too.

  • I'm using Cards and pockets as well. I bought a PDF from a seller on etsy. Pics in my bio
  • We used Perfectly Wrapped Invitations & GIfts.  they are very helpful in ordering your paper, lots of samples to play with, great suggestions and will help you out on the parts you dont want to do but still want to make them DYI.  They are a vendor for Envelopments, DIWMO and waste not paper...and another pocket company (can't think of name right now) so you can see which one will match your colors best.  The DIWMO vendor also has a HUGE selection of matching labels you can print yourself.  Best of Both worlds!!!  I would totally order thru a local store where you can see the color swatches instead of hoping the color on the screen is the color that will arrive in the mail.
