Response cards - food options

Hi all,

My reception venue wants me to provide them with exact information on which guests are eating what entrees.  I would like to ask my guests to initial next to the entree of their choosing, but I wonder if I'm providing enough space below.  If not, I understand that there's the alternative of creating multiple lines for guests and food options, but for families of 4, that might be a very long response card.  I have a couple of other wedding-related events that will be on the response card as well, and I don't want to exceed the amount of space I have.  Do you think lengthening the below lines would be the best way to go about this?  Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Response cards - food options

  • Don't use "with pleasure" or "with regret."

Can you put the choices on separate lines? That would give people more room to initial.

Other than that, it looks fine.
