Portable Pockets vs. Pocket Folds

So I love scrapbooking and really think I could make an invitation like this if I got the materials.  This is made with a portable pocket (not a pocket fold).  My question is, if you use a portable pocket, where do you put all the enclosures like the RSVP card, reception info, etc?
