bridal boutique suggestions

I am taking my sister wedding dress shopping in Pittsburgh next weekend. Do you have any suggestions as to where to go? We want a shop with a large variety of dresses (including tea length). TIA! Amanda

    carlisle's in the strip; mb bride in greensburg. or one of the many, many david's bridal stores.

    Michael's Bridal Galleria on 19 in the north hills and One Enchanted Evening in Wexford. There was also another on in Robinson CK Bridal I think was what is was called, they were my favs.

    I would suggest Bride's By Candelina in Swissvale.... I had a wonderful experience there. Janie is the lady who works upstairs and she is wonderful! I look very young and was there with another friend that looks young as well and Janie was vey kind to us and we have had some bad experiences with people not treatng us as kindly because they assumed we were not serious!

    From my experience, MB Bride in Greensburg had the largest variety of dresses. They allow you to look through them yourself, which some places do not. I got my dress at Exquisite Bride in Murrysville. And I first tried on my dress at CK Bridal in Oakdale/Robinson. Good luck!

    For a large selection, I recommend MB Bride. They have the largest selection in the area and carry most of the popular designers.

    It's not in the area, but is only a short drive away. Catan's in Strongsville, OH. They have the largest collection I have ever seen! Larger than any in Pittsburgh!

    Catan's is where we bought my daughter's gown!pittsburghprincess is correct -- they have so many gowns of all types, styles and designers to choose from.Their prices were great and the staff were extremely nice.

    Ordered my gown from Bridal Beginning in Mt Lebanon. I loved all the women who work there - they are all so nice and extremely helpful. Alterations aren't an arm and a leg either which is always a plus in my book. Goodluck with dress hunting: )
