Does anybody know of any good programs that a begininer could use to design things such as invites, escort cards, programs, etc?

    I just used Microsoft Word to design mine. I used the clipart they have available and I used openclipart.org for ideas too.

    Ditto PPs. It's not rocket science. I used MS Powerpoint and FrontPage. Lots of trial and error.

    I would suggest finding a picture of what you like online and then "copying" it as you design your own. Much easier than starting from absolute scratch.
