Will You Be My Bridesmaid Ideas?

I'm trying to think of a really funny, cute way to ask my bridesmaids to be my bridesmaids. They all already know, this is just the official asking. I can't think of anything. I really want it to be funny and creative. But I don't have a lot of money so it also needs to be inexpensive! Any ideas?

When I asked my bridesmaids, I found cute poems and printed them out with a silhouette of a woman in a gown (don't know how else to describe it) and put them in nice frames.

Here is an example:
You have always been there, more than just a friend.
You know just who I am and everywhere I've been.

You're the one who I can turn to, any hour of the day.
Seems, I only have to think of you and you'll be on your way.

No matter where life takes me, no matter where I roam.
When I'm with you my friend, my heart feels right at home.

So on my wedding day, I will need you more than ever.
Please say you'll be my bridesmaid now.... and my friend forever.

Eduelaura is very wise. Relationships change. Don't ask anyone to be in your bridal party till about 9 months before.  I should know- I'm currently stuck with a best man I'm not speaking to and FI barely speaks to.  We couldn't throw him out of the wedding and he's being polite about not leaving FI hanging but my guess is we'll never hear from him afterwards.
