I sent a save the date to a co worker who quit a few weeks ago. She's older, and I doubt we'll ever have any social contact in the future, do i still have to invite her to the wedding?
I know it's rude not to, because we sent the save the date, and we ha discussed her being invited (we worked together for like 2 years) but with a tight budget, every person we don't invite is another person we can. Is it horrible if we don't send her an invite?
