Wedding Invitations & Paper

Invitation paper

Hey ladies-
I just posted this over on the budget wedding board but then thought i should try to post it here as well...

I am doing my own invitations/ save the dates, does anyone have any suggestions of where to buy paper online?  I'd like a place that will send me samples of requested colors.

Anyone buy their paper online and have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Sara

Re: Invitation paper

  • I would suggest, papers and more, paper source, paperworks, for your paper. I am not sure what kind you are looking for. You may also check with a local paper wholesaler- you can get great prices from them too.
  • I ordered all of my supplies from www.cardsandpockets.com. However, that was because I wanted pocketfolds, and they had a great sale this fall that I caught that included all the cardstock.

There are LOTS of places that you can get a color sample pack for about $2, which is worth it IMO.

The DIY board might actually have the broadest base of info.

  • I bought from anchorpaper.com for all the paper and envelopemall.com for the envelopes. Both seemed to have reasonable prices as well as samples you can order. As a side note Tom from anchorpaper was great at helping me get what I needed and quick to respond to my e-mails. HTH

I just ordered samples from www.paperandmore.com, for a $1  each and $1 shipping.  They also have a cutting service, $5 per pack to cut to your sizes.  This is the way I'll end up going, 4 packs paper and 4 different sizes for about $76  Each pack will give me up to 200 invitaion/inserts each, I need a least 150, and gives me plenty to fix printing errors.
