This would be our wedding invitation wording, could you proof read it for us? Also could you tell me what to capitalize. When I type my name should I use my last name or my middle name?

I would say "and John David Jones" instead of to. More egalitarian.

eightieth = 80th, that should be "eighteenth"

August should be capitalized. Saturday should be capitalized.

I would also use "at half after five." It should read like a sentence.
