think i messe dup the RSVP cards

for our cards, i only put one M________ line and then a box to check if they are coming or not. But for the invites that go to couples, or people with a plus one, should i use 2 M_______ lines? I havent sent them yet, so ill redo them if i have to...but itd be annoying.

We only put 1 line on ours too. Everyone should know to write in the names of who is attending.

You're fine.  Many RSVP cards are done this way.  Your guests would just write: Mr. & Mrs John Doe on the line.

whew good!! i would hate to have to cut 50 more cards. cutting the paper myself was ridiculous

I've never gotten an RSVP card that has two lines. They should know enough to write both names on the same line.
