Wedding Invitations & Paper

Recommendations for Stationary in the SF Bay Area

I'm getting ready to start the search for invitations and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a vendor in the SF Bay Area, specifically in Marin County, we live in Mill Valley.

Any help or direction would be appreciated. I have no idea where to start on this one. I don't want to spend a fortune, but I want them to look nice too.

Thanks for the help!

Re: Recommendations for Stationary in the SF Bay Area

  • If you can design them yourself or hire a graphic designer, there are a couple of really well priced letterpress shops in the Bay Area.  I'm using Jeronimo's Lithocraft in Santa Clara and I've heard great reviews about mercurio brothers and MKprinters.
  • Vistaprint will probably be cheaper and just as nice as anybody in SF Bay Area.  I would check them out and sign up for emails.  Our invitations turned out really nice.  For 70 invitites and matching RSVP's it was $80.

Here's a pic of ours (although I "added on" to it, still was cheap).

  • I just bought cardstock from Paper Source in Corte Madera to create my own, but I flipped through those big books of invites on their counters and saw lots of cute ones.
