Response Envelopes...HELP

I have pocket invites. This means that the invites have a pocket for the response card, reception card, the map and accomindation cards.  But where does the response envelope go? In the pocket or just in front of the invite?

    We have similar invitations.  We'll put the card in front of the envelope, with the flat of the envelope over the card, and tucked into that pocket.  Hope this helps!
