I'm in the would like to work 40 boat too. I only get paid for the 30 hours I am in the office...the rest of my "work like activity" is school related b.s for my last year, and I would say that is another 30 hours, give or take. It basically negates itself into me owing the school about 3x as much as I make.

This is the only job I've ever had where I don't get paid for overtime.  So I really try to limit my hours - and I just don't have as much to do here as I did previously.  I think I'd actually like to work more hours if I was making more money and enjoyed what I was doing more.

Yea, I have a pretty nice job in respect to hours. I never have to worry about overtime b/c we are only open until 5. So at 4:59, the phone goes on night. I am probably being spoiled, esp. compared to possible future jobs.

Great poll! I enjoyed reading the responses. I'm way late to the game, but I totally get your question about exes, D. My college BF definitely wanted to marry me, even years after I broke up with him. Sweet guy, just not for me. I have another guy that I remain friends with, but he joined the Army for life and it wasn't a lifestyle I wanted to live. We each got married a week apart which I thought was very cool.
