What to tip for Hair Makeup

Hi,
I have offered to pay all tips for the salon who is doing me and my bridesmaids hair and makeup.
How much should I tip for each service?
Does it matter if I give the salon one lump amount and have them split it up or should it be different amounts for hair verses make up or for my hair verses the bridesmaids?

Some info- we are all getting updo's
there are 6 people total, all 6 are getting hair done and 4 are also getting make up done
Hair is about $75 for bridesmaids and $100 for me (bride) and make up is about $65 each.

You should tip 18-20 % of the totle. You already know what it is going to cost so you can just put the cash tip in an envelope. The stylest will split it up after you leave.
