W/O: Did 45 minutes of cardio/shoulders/bis then Insanity Power Resistance...I'm still sore from yesterday's two-a-day!
Today:
Breakfast - Chobani peach
MS - apple sauce
L - Healthy choice rosemary chicken + sweet potatoes
AS - 100% Cookies & Cream whey + fruit cup
D - TBD
W/O: Insanity Plyo Cardio
