Last night:
Dinner: shrimp flatbread + thai chicken salad from this Panera-like shop in town called Crispers. + frozen yogurt for dessert (met a girlfriend for dinner to catch up ;)
W/O: Did 45 minutes of cardio/shoulders/bis then Insanity Power Resistance...I'm still sore from yesterday's two-a-day!

Today:
Breakfast - Chobani peach
MS - apple sauce
L - Healthy choice rosemary chicken + sweet potatoes
AS - 100% Cookies & Cream whey + fruit cup
D - TBD
W/O: Insanity Plyo Cardio

    Dinner - Veggie casserole + 2 slices toast
    W/O - Day one of P90x Cardio X

    Today:
    Breakfast - egg white omelet with ham, RF cheese and veggies
    MS - protein shake and an orange
    Lunch - Left over veggie casserole, cottage cheese, grapes
    AS - Yogurt
    Dinner - beef brisket with potatoes and carrots, marble cake and ice cream (we're celebrating pass over with my step-fam tonight )

    W/O - Day 2 of P90x Core Synergistic

  • Last Night: Made Turkey spaghetti w/ wheat noodles...

    B: I am thinking either some Chobani Yogurt or Some Cheerios
    MS: Banana and some Almonds
    L: Left Over spaghetti from last night....

    W/O: Since FI wanted to go to the gym last night to workout we went... So Today I will finally start Day 1 of Insanity: Ploymetric Cardio Circuit....

    Last night:
    Dinner: Frozen dinner (since it was pushing 8:30pm when I got home from my workout) + frozen yogurt for dessert
    W/O: SIGNED UP FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP at my mom's hospital! Did the Cardio Kick class and it hurt so bad because I did Step Class with FSIL Sunday morning!

    Today:
    Breakfast - Cereal with Skim Milk
    MS - Double Chocolate cookie (Yes, I will regret this very soon!)
    L - Salad from the salad bar downstairs
    AS - May be skipping this since I have an event for work from 3pm-7pm
    D - TBA
    W/O: Day off today

    Dinner: Left over veggie pot pie
    W/O: Day 4 P90x Yoga - It was evil

    Today:
    Breakfast - Crossant
    L - Veggie Burge with Cheese
    AS- Grapes
    D - Cheese Raviolis

    W/O: Morning Day 5 P90x Legs and Back + Ab ripper
    Evening: co-ed soccer game, hopefully won't have to play much as I am very sore.

    Dinner: White Pizza (didnt really have time to cook last night, Mondays are my bad nights :-/ )

    W/O: Yoga in the AM, 20 min Flirty Girl Fit in the Afternoon, and 45 Min Yoga before bed

    Today:
    AM: Yoga
    BFST: Banana & Special K Bar
    Lunch: Didnt eat, was working
    AS: Apples and yogurt
    Dinner: Wheat pasta & turkey red sauce

    WO tonight: Flirty Girl Fit - Full workout
