YAY for the week being 1/2 over...things have been so crazy busy lately...all I want is a nap!

Today:
Going to do my fitness evaluation at 930 (body fat, inches lost, etc.) WISH ME LUCK!
Then, Workout - finish Insanity Max Plyo circuit from yesterday (25+ minutes) + circuit
B - probably a pumpkin spice protein shake + almond milk & cereal
L - TBD
D - TBD
