I think we've all been bad because these posts have been a bit quiet the past week or so lol
This weekend:
Did cheat on Friday & Saturday because of going out for a birthday, but did workout every day with 1 off day!
Today:
B - 2 eggwhites on whole wheat english muffin
MS - (working late today so kind of skipped a meal)
L - Chobani pineapple
D - fresh greens salad with chicken breast & sprouts
S - applesauce, nuts
W/O: Insanity Max Plyo (2 more weeks of this program, this week and next!)
