Bridal show help!

I am attending my first bridal show this Sunday and I have no idea what to wear! I know everyone says to dress comfortable but if you ladies can elaborate, that would be great . I feel like wearing jeans is inappropriatee, but what do  I know! lol.. Also, I read that people make labels before they go, so they dont have to write all their information down, they can just peel it off and give it to the vendors. What do you ladies think? Thank you!

I totally wore jeans to all the bridal shows I went to, and so did everyone else there.  Is this bridal show at some fancy place?? All the ones I've been to were very laid back and there was no need to dress up at all. Just jeans and a nice top

I personally didn't make labels with my info, but I will admit that after writing down my information 15 times, it would have been nice to be able to just put a sticker down. So it's totally up to you whether or not you want to

It is at a resort that I have been to once before and this place is gorgeous! But I cant imagine wearing a dress and heels and walking around for hours in it. So now I think I am just going to do what you said and wear jeans and a nice top. I guess you really can't go wrong with that.  And thank you! I get so tired of writing I can only imagine how much my hand will hurt so hopefully I get a chance to do the labels. Thanks for your input and I will be out on the lookout!

I wore jeans & cute ballet flats...I also made "business" cards in which had my name, wedding date, FI's name & wedding email address...I thought it was helpful instead of writting my info down, over and over.

Tip:
Put the business cards of the vendors you like in one pocket or bag and the info of others in a different pocket or bag. I say this becauase by the time you get home, you aren't going to remember (at least not very well) who is who...this will allow you to eliminate "hunting" time, trying to reintroduce yourself to the vendors you met during the day.

I've only been to one bridal show.  It was the first week of January, and it was only about 5 degrees outside, so I wore jeans, a sweater, and cute boots.  Most people were dressed that way.  I didn't bring labels, but it might have been a good idea as I filled out lots of stuff.  However, I would make an email address specifically for wedding-related things (you will get a lot of junk mail!) and try not to put your phone number unless absolutely necessary.  I can't tell you how many calls I've gotten offering me a "free" gift! 

A final warning: vendors will really try to get your attention, even if you aren't looking at them (or interested in their services)!  One lady was standing in the middle of one of the aisles between booths basically shoving her info at every passerby.  Some will be really "in your face", while others will be very respectful.  If you don't mind the hassle or huge crowd, you'll be fine.  It was nice to find some options for certain vendors, but I really don't think I would go to another one.  The fashion show was nice, though.

I agree with PP post... Also make a alternate wedding email if you are wanting emails from vendors.... They never end!!!

Where I am from, people don't dress up for bridal shows, and a lot of girls made labels, it is a lot quicker.

I just went to a bridal show about 2 weeks ago.  I wore jeans and a nice top.  Flats or dress shoes are just fine although I'm sure you could wear gym shoes and no one would even notice. 
I would definitely reccommend mailing labels.

I have been to a few of them, you can wear jeans unless they say otherwise. I had one that told us to dress up but it was at a hotel.  

I did one bridal show were I didn't do labels and my head was killing me.  All the ones I went to after that I brought labels.
