I was thinking about having heavy apps in a buffett style set up with my aunt preparing everything then hiring someone to keep it stocked. Originally I was thinking of passed hor'deureves but on the other boards it was pointed out that it was rude to serve so little at dinner time. So what is everyone else doing?
