I figured I'd keep the Accountability posts going while Kat is away...
Yesterday:
Snack- small piece of beef jerkey
D-Whole wheat spaghetti with 3 turkey meatballs in pasta sauce. Small salad.
W/O- not much, just some upper body weights
Today:
B- Danon Light&Fit Yogurt. Mini bagel with reduced fat cream cheese
Snack- Apple
L- Turkey on whole wheat bread with reduced fat mayo and fat free cheddar cheese
Snack- TBD
D- TBD, either leftover beef stew or spaghetti and meatballs
W/O- I have a busy evening/night ahead, so probably just some upper body weights again.
