My WHOLE family goes camping every year the first week of August and this year in October happens to be my grandparents 50th Wedding Anniversary so while we're in Maine in August we're going to celebrate!!!!

I've offered to put everything together so now I'm planning a wedding AND an anniversary but I couldn't be happier. It's like reliving the first weeks of being engaged and calling every venue in the country!

Also, the plus side of this. We originally wanted an October wedding and wanted the traditional fall colors but decided it would be kind of awkward in May. Since we're celebrating their wedding that actually was in October I now get to use all those colors! I'm so excited, I just hope I haven't bit off more than I can chew!

Thanks! It is a lot of fun. They are renting a cottage and it's the cutest thing I've ever seen, like something right out of a Thomas Kinkade painting....

I'm looking into having a caterer come there and I'll have someone take them out while the rest of the fam decorates the cottage and sets up the food

Between that and the fact that there is ONE DAY left till my one year mark... I'm a basket case of excitement right now haha
