How much are you all looking to spend on a Day of Coordinator ( If you are using one). I am in the process of booking one and was just about to send off my deposit but felt like the price was too high, so now I am so confused! She has a lot in her package and it is $1400 with 4 face to face meetings, 8 hour coverage and so many things I havent even thought of till our consultation. Thanks for your help

This is what we are paying/getting for ours

1 Hour Rehearsal

8 Hours on the day off

Unlimited emailing/phone and I believe up to 2 meetings beforehand

$1395

Then we added planning pertaining only to stuff involving our venue as the lady is older and crazy!

So that was up to 4 meetings at the venue and all things are dealt with by her.

That added $550 on our total

So yours is similiar to my package before I added the $550 on.

That price seems pretty reasonable, however depending on the area, the cost may vary.

Okay, sounds good then. I have heard of people starting off with $500 packages in my area and was a little hesistant but I guess I'll keep researching if anything. Thanks!
