Good morning gals!

Last night: I did some grocery shopping and stocked up on GOOD EATS!
D - We had chicken/Sundried tomato sausage with veggie pasta and baby spinach salad

Today -
W/O: a 2-A-DAY Today! Plan to do a 5 min jog/5 min weight Circuit for 45 minutes on my lunch; then Plyo Cardio Circuit after work with the FI
B: strawberries and cottage cheese
MS: Planters nutrition
L: Whole wheat english muffin/chicken breast sammich + mixed greens salad w/almonds
AS: Apple
Post W/O: 100% Whey Chocolate
D: Lean steak salad

  • Morning!!!!

    Last Night: I didn't eat dinner ended up snuggling on the couch with FI and we fell asleep and woke up half way through the night and went to bed....

    W/O: Planning on going to the gym to do C25K Week 3 day 1, and possibly do some light weights along with a ab workout...

    Breakfast: Cinnamon Cheerios
    MS: Smoothie
    Lunch: Not sure going over to my dads...
    Dinner:TBD

  • Afternoon ladies.

    Sorry been pretty busy here today

    B-Granola Bar
    L- nice yummy southwestern salad sitting on my kitchen table (which means nothing for me until I get home)
    D- not sure yet

    W/O- will get back to BBL tonight.  Hope I'm not as sore tomorrow.

    L: salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, sunflower seeds and sprouts and a piece of bread
    D: TBD
    W/O: I was going to restart the C25K program this morning, now that we have a treadmill but I woke up late (couldn't sleep last night). Now it's so gorgeous out I think I'm just going to take the pup for a nice long walk when I get out of work.

    I have been bugging the FI to get a treadmill, I think it'll help on days I might not want to do Insanity (Have to bring it in to do on the wooden gym floor) or want to just do a small early am workout without packing clothes, etc.
