May 2012 Weddings

* 5/18: Tuesday 5/17 Accountability!

Good Morning MAY ladies!!

Newbies: We do these posts to hold one another accountable for diet and fitness esp leading up to the big day!

Let's get this post bigger, join in!!

Last night:
D - Taco Tuesday - I only had 2 chicken tacos and corn chips with guacamole
W/O: I did Insanity Cardio Conditioning, barely lol...then had 100% Designer Whey mango drink, yum!

Today:
B - Banana nut cheerios + Smart balance milk
L - Going to lunch with co-workers and plan to get a salad
Snacks - unsweetened applesauce + fruit
W/O: It's Insanity Max recovery day but I want to do 1 mile of running + weights (twice through) because I miss running!

  • Last night:
    D - Italian sausage and peppers
    W/O: I did the entire 55 minutes of the TurboFire class I started last night!  I'm not too sore today, either...which means I can do the next workout. :)

    Today:
    B - blueberry Chobani
    L - not sure yet...
    W/O: TurboFire: Fire 45 class, HIIT 20 class, Stretch 10 class (I'm hoping I can make it throught all of them, wish me luck!)

    Last night:
    D- Taco night! (I may have had a few too many-oops)

    W/O- ab toning exercises and free weights

    Today:
    B- Special K cereal with fat free milk
    Snack- herbal tea with honey (I'm whitening my teeth for e-pics so I've been avoiding my usual morning coffee- ::sigh::)
    L- Turkey on whole wheat bread with reduced fat cheddar cheese and reduced fat mayo.
    Snack- an apple
    D- Steak tips with boiled potatoes and broccoli

    W/O- ab toning exercises and free weights 
    (It's been raining all week here! I can't wait for it to stop so I can check out the park near our new apartment. Hopefully I'll start running there soon)

  • Gabby - I'm out of Chobani! I need to go to the grocery store stat, it's my favorite easy and healthy breakfast option! I know Amber eats it almost every day too :)

    Mona - Yay, I don't feel like the only taco monster from yesterday ;)

    D: Grilled Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, and Peas
    W/O: Ended up working out 2 time yesterday AM workout went for a at the lake
    PM work out FI and I went to the gym did about 2 miles on the tredmll and used some free weights...

    Today:
    B: Luna Bar and a Banana
    MS: Grapes
    L: Cottage Cheese and Fruit
    AS: Cheese and wheat Crackers
    D:TBD

    Today: Zumba Class this morning and Going  to the gym tonight with FI.  I am going to do 2 miles on treadmill, squats, and lunges....

    haha, you'rwe definitely not alone! Especially since I also had corn chips with salsa. So yummy!
