Last night:
D - Taco Tuesday - I only had 2 chicken tacos and corn chips with guacamole
W/O: I did Insanity Cardio Conditioning, barely lol...then had 100% Designer Whey mango drink, yum!
Today:
B - Banana nut cheerios + Smart balance milk
L - Going to lunch with co-workers and plan to get a salad
Snacks - unsweetened applesauce + fruit
W/O: It's Insanity Max recovery day but I want to do 1 mile of running + weights (twice through) because I miss running!
