* Running: Training Update (+ Accountability for weekend)

Ran my first 7 miler ever yesterday in 64 minutes! On track for Gasparilla's 15k on March 3rd! Next weekend: getting in my first 8 miler!

This weekend:
Food - not too shabby...had vietnamese..a bbq chicken sammich...fro yo twice...tonight we'll celebrate valentine's early with a dinner in just us :)
Workout - Off Friday, Ran yesterday, did 40 mins of Insanity today

    Weekend:
    Food: not bad, last night we went out to dinner with family that is in town but other than that, I've eaten pretty healthy.
    W/O: 4 mile run today. Still having issues with my left leg so I'm going slower than I'd like. I keep telling myself "better late than never!" lol
