Thanks for keeping your fingers crossed.... after a few counteroffers back and forth, we settled on a number and we're on our way to buying our first home!!
Now for a crazy month and a half of inspection (which needs to be done within 10 days... 5 of which we'll be away for), purchase and sales agreement, and closing!!
If anyone has been through purchasing a house and has any tips or recommendations or wants to share their story, I'd love to hear it!
Goodness, who knew so much happiness could be so stressful too!!!
My favorite room... dining open to kitchen, with wide plank pine floors, wainscoting, and a pellet stove built into the chimney... so lovely!
Looks tiny in this picture, but it's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cape, with in-ground heated pool behind... I know where I'll be de-stressing from wedding planning!
