CHECK - Honeymoon destination!!

We chose our honeymoon destination! We're going to Italy! We're taking a look at personal planned tours (it would be just me and hubby with a driver) and we want to see Sicily and the Amalfi Coast! So excited to see such a beautiful country with my FH! Have you all thought about honeymoons?

Wow, nice!  I'd LOVE to go to Italy.  We are sadly not going on ea honeymoon immediately after the wedding.  We are having to save every penny possibly for the wedding, plus I'm still in school until May 2013, and then I will hopefully start an internship that fall.  So we're going to wait, save up for an awesome vacation a little further down the road, and go that route.  FI would really like to spend 2 weeks in New Zealand/Australia, and I have to say, that doesn't sound bad at all!

FI and I are going to the Sandals Resort in Negril, Jamaica!  We're waiting until June (a year out from the honeymoon) to book so we can include flights.  We'll just make payments on it-- as long as it's paid in full by the time we go!  We're waiting until mid-June to go because I work at a School Board Office and get Summers off!   Soooo excited!

Congrats!  That's such a fun check! Italy is on our list of places to visit!

FI and I are going on a week-long Caribbean cruise with stops in the Bahamas, St. Thomas, and St. Marteen

that sounds awesome! Italy is on my list of places to visit someday. We're talking about going to Grand Cayman since FI REALLY wants to go scuba diving!

I love Italy! My favorite was Capri, by far! 

We are most likely going to Majestic Elegance in the DR.

We haven't even looked into honeymoons (we've decided to wait until the fall of 2012 to take ours). Neither of us have ever been to Europe, so we're thinking maybe Italy, Greece, or Croatia.

we really wanted to go to europe...but money is a big factor..so insted of spending all the money in flights and expensive places we are doing a eastern carribean cruise and with the money we are saving we are doing way more excursion stuff (parasailing, dune buggys in puerto rico, swimming with sting rays etc)  and upgraded to a nice suite

We're in the same boat as PP.  It's hard to decide to fly somewhere when we can drive so quickly to so many cruise ports.  Our ideal would be Alaska (especially in summer!) or the Mediterranean, but it'll likely be the Western Caribbean!  Can't wait to finally have that booked and checked off!
