Happy Friday MAY ladies I hope you all are having a great end of the week and start to the weekend!

Last night: I was a tiny bit bad with Dinner, we went to my fave asian buffet BUT I stuck to brown rice sushi and shrimp w/veggies

B - strawberries with cottage cheese
L - whole wheat english muffin pizzas with chicken + turkey pepperoni
Post workout: mixed greens salad + 1/2 sammie
D - Going out, TBD
W/O- Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit day!
