Last night:
Workout: Did Insanity Max Recovery to get some leg and ab work in
D - had Wendys (pecan chicken salad + chicken nuggets) on the run to the softball game
Today:
B - Omlette w/ham + mushrooms (sans cheese)
S - apple + applesauce
D - TBD, going to see Gavin Degraw tonight!
W/O: Plan to run 2.5-3 miles today
