maybe 'Accountability' isn't the best title for a post about getting fit for the big day? ;)

New knotties: Join in if you're focused on being your fittest before the big day!

This weekend:
Workout - ran a 5 mile race Saturday and did a recovery run yesterday
Food - behaved except at our shower ;)

Today:
Workout - bike and cross training on my lunch break / time off from running due to left foot injury
B - protein w/almond milk + lemon cookies

TBD:
L - cucumber salad w/boca
S - yogurt, egg roll
