Workout - ran a 5 mile race Saturday and did a recovery run yesterday
Food - behaved except at our shower
Today:
Workout - bike and cross training on my lunch break / time off from running due to left foot injury
B - protein w/almond milk + lemon cookies
TBD:
L - cucumber salad w/boca
S - yogurt, egg roll
