One more thing I just realized today, girl. I have been doing a ton better and it's a lot easier on my knees/legs at the gym in the group fitness room with the hard floors. FI and I both feel a little more sore when we do it at home and it's a lot hotter since the room's smaller...he made sense when he said carpet is denser and above concrete...something to think about depending what you have to work with
