It's nice seeing that some gals still enjoy doing this post, let's keep it going and keep supporting one another! 
Yesterday:W/O - It was my OFF day! (I only get one)
D- we did have a cheat meal at Cheddars: I had onion rings with the FI as an appetizer but then was behaved and had fish tacos (took off the tortilla) with corn and broccoli
Today:
B - Went to brunch with the FI and had banana nut whole grain pancakes, egg beaters veggie omlette and fruit....it was SO hard not to get the usual 'bad' breakfast!
W/O - Plan to take the pups for a walk and then do 2 miles of running and Cardio abs at the gym around 4 today when it's not busy in there
