Happy Thursday May-ladies!

Yesterday:
W/O - did about 2 miles and a circuit with back/bis
D - whole wheat w/chicken+cheese+mushroom crepe while out to dinner with my girlfriends

Today:
B - Chobani Raspberry yogurt (so easy for a balanced breakfast)
MS - Planters nutrition south beach diet nuts
L - baby spinach salad w/grilled chicken
AS - apple
D - TBD
W/O - Insanity Pure Cardio + cardio abs (1 hr)

WORKING A 1/2 DAY, so ready to be outta work!!

  • Last Night: Mexcian food yummmy... Had faijitas minus the tortilla shell....


    W/O: Had a few doctors appts this morning so no workout this morning will do when I get home tonight.... But I think today I am going to do 2 miles on the tred mill....

    B: Straweberry Banana Chobani Yogurt
    MS: Pineapples
    L: Turkey and Swiss on Wheat.
    AS: Peanut butter and Apples
    D: Chicken Fried Rice with brown rice and I added some broccoli....

    @kat: went to publix yesterday and all of the chobani yougurt was 10/$10 I was like waaahhhhh!!!!! I finally got blue berry and I thought I would give the mango a try too....

  • OMG they had MANGO?! I'm going there after I workout today (yay for 1/2 days!) to get more! It's just the quickest easiest breakfast for me (not a morning person so don't like to cook and make things)

    btw, how'd the budget work out for ya?

  • Yesterday: W/O Day 3 of P90x
    Dinner: Chicken with spaghetti squash and other veggies
    Midnight snack: Chicken wings and a potato and some captains and diet :( **bf found out his gf has a drug problem and called an emergency meeting at a restaurant to talk about it... not an excuse to throw the diet away but I needed something!!**

    Today:
    B: Protein shake (woke up late)
    S: n/a
    L: Spaghetti squash and other veggies and a turkey sandwich
    S: non fat latte
    D: chicken and probably more spaghetti squash and veggies lol
    S: Fruit salad

    W/O Day 4 of P90x which I think is yoga... yikes! lol

  • Hey Ladies! Sorry I've been absent lately. 

    today: 
    B: cheerios 
    L: Subway 6" turkey on 9 grain wheat with spinach, tomato, cucumber and a little honey mustard
    D: thin crust pizza with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and feta cheese
    W/O: 5 hours of dress shopping!! It was seriously a workout, some of those dresses are HEAVY and I got kinda sweaty! I also walked with the pup for 2 miles.
