W/O - did about 2 miles and a circuit with back/bis
D - whole wheat w/chicken+cheese+mushroom crepe while out to dinner with my girlfriends
Today:
B - Chobani Raspberry yogurt (so easy for a balanced breakfast)
MS - Planters nutrition south beach diet nuts
L - baby spinach salad w/grilled chicken
AS - apple
D - TBD
W/O - Insanity Pure Cardio + cardio abs (1 hr)
WORKING A 1/2 DAY, so ready to be outta work!!
