I did feel a bit guilty yesterday because we all ate out with our parents (FILs and my parents, what a fun day!) but you have to cheat sometimes, right??
Today:
B - Chobani greek peach yogurt
MS - Planters Nutrition bar
L - Healthy Choice Lobster ravioli + 100% chocolate whey shake
AS - Apple
Dinner - Shrimp stir fry with brown rice
W/O: Did the Insanity Fit test (next week is week 4!) and got way more reps than 2 weeks ago, woo hoo!
* We're also shopping for a treadmill so that I can run a few times a week easier (Asthma and pollen outside + running don't mix well)
