*4/10 Accountability!

Happy Sunday May-Ladies!
It's a new Week, a new chance for a new beginning!

I did feel a bit guilty yesterday because we all ate out with our parents (FILs and my parents, what a fun day!) but you have to cheat sometimes, right??

Today:
B - Chobani greek peach yogurt
MS - Planters Nutrition bar
L - Healthy Choice Lobster ravioli + 100% chocolate whey shake
AS - Apple
Dinner - Shrimp stir fry with brown rice
W/O: Did the Insanity Fit test (next week is week 4!) and  got way more reps than 2 weeks ago, woo hoo!
* We're also shopping for a treadmill so that I can run a few times a week easier (Asthma and pollen outside + running don't mix well)

Newbies: We do accountabilty posts to hold each other accountable for fitness and diet, especially in preparation for the BIG DAY!

  • I did really really bad this weekend....Embarassed

    Last night: Went to Sagebrush- Had Chicken that was cover in mushrooms,bacon and cheddar jack cheese. Mashed potatoes and Mac and Cheese.  Then a night full of drinking.... Blah

    W/O: Nothing... Traveled back from being out of town... Start the workout again tomorrow....

    Breakfast: Stopped at Sonic... Ham and egg toaster and a diet coke
    Lunch: Nothing because I wasn't really hungry more tired than anything
    Dinner: TBD....

    The good thing is I actually lost 1lb... I felt like I gained 10 this weekend

  • Well I am proud to say no blizzard on Friday or any other day this weekend.

    Friday- Did the first two workouts on BBL (that was recommended by the plan) and it had me out of the workout for the entire weekend.  I know this makes me sound like a wimp but my butt, back, quads & hammys HURT!!!  I have never been this sore before. 
    Saturday-
    B-Multigrain Cheerios
    L- Salad
    D- Wild Rice & Black Bean Quesadilla
    W/O- 30 mins slow but steady pace on Elliptical (I really couldn't do much more I was so sore)

    Today-
    Took the dogs to the park & walked for 1.5 hours
    B-Multigrain Cheerios
    L-Salad
    D- Cod & Salad

     

  • Yesterday: 
    B/L: vegetarian burrito, tortilla chips and salsa 
    D: FSIL & I went out to dinner. we split an app that was polenta with tomatoes, and for dinner I had 1/2 my pasta dish with EVOO, garlic and veggies
    W/O: it was gorgeous out so we took the pup for a 2 hour walk

    Today:
    B/L: fresh fruit cup, 2 slices sourdough bread, 2 egg omelette w/ veggies & goat cheese
    S: tortilla chips
    D: sushi
    W/O: took the pup for another long walk, probably around 90 mins. 

    I feel like for having a guest and eating out I did pretty well!

  • I was pretty good with W/Os the past two days!  Just okay with food.

    Yesterday:
    W/O - I surpised myself and woke up @ 8:30 and did Week 1, Day 3 of C25K :)
    B - mediterranean omelet, potatoes, coffee, and a mimosa (brunch w/ some of my ladies)
    L - organic cereal (breakfast was pretty big and I knew we were ordering Chinese later...)
    D - Chinese food (my favorite!)

    Today:
    B - organic cereal and coffee
    W/O - 30 min with my FI and our dog...it was 80 deg and sunny earlier! :)
    L - leftover Chinese
    D - nothing yet..probably something light
