I've been leading a very unhealthy lifestyle of the past year or so, and it definitely shows. My eating habits are horrible. I work second shift, so I always end up eating when I get home, which is right before I go to bed. And I rarely workout anymore, but that's mostly because I have been lazy. As a result, I've gained a lot of weight... but it's time to whip my fat butt back into shape!! I set my goal today; 20 pounds to lose before the wedding. What getting-in-shape goals have you set for yourself for the big day??
