    Working at a doctor's office where pharm reps provide lunch every...single...day is SO hard! Today I walked resisted pizza (smelled so good!) and ate my sandwich and pretzels. I'm going to start adding what the reps bring for lunch to these posts to remind me of my willpower (or to admit when I cave in!)

    Today:
    B: greek yogurt w/ granola
    S: 2 tangerines, broccoli w/ hummus, granola bar
    L: sandwich and pretzels
    D: potato soup
    W/O: 5k run

    Pharm reps brought PIZZA for lunch

    MFP = within calorie goal for the day
